The author is a political science expert but this reads like fan fiction. Unless Singh utterly blows out the Trudeau Liberals, it seems more likely that an orange wave would split the left-wing vote and hand the election to the Conservatives. Also, youth voter turnout tends to be the worst among all age groups, so who cares what enthuses the TikTok crowd?
Good article but what about the PPC will they play the spoiler to the Conservatives, will they do as well, worse, better than the greens? Considering all the thanks spilled on the greens it should be fair to cover them as well.
I doubt Jagmeet Singh would openly admit it, but I suspect he has visions of doing to Liberal leader Justin Trudeau, what Bob Rae did to David Peterson in 1990.
